Innovation
A software product for a paper-and-inbox industry
ValueYantra is not a staffing bureau or a report mill. It is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that standardizes how valuation firms run cases — and captures structured field intelligence that the industry currently throws away.
What is different
ValueYantra is an operational software product for valuation vendors — not a one-off IT project and not a fully autonomous valuation engine:
- Workflow product, not a custom IT project. Case state, SLAs, wallet debit, notifications, and delivery are encoded as durable workflows. The same platform serves isolated vendor tenants.
- Structured inspection as the unit of work. Offline mobile capture (schema, GPS, photo categories) replaces free-form site notes so every case can be compared, audited, and learned from.
- AI that assists, humans that certify. Intake, document extraction, and report drafting are optional intelligence steps. 100% human QA and vendor e-sign remain mandatory. This is a product stance, not a disclaimer: Indian bank/vendor practice cannot accept a black-box valuation.
- Intelligence as the long-term moat. De-identified structured records from closed cases are designed to become locality, operational, and (later) valuation intelligence — Phases 2–4 of the published blueprint.
What is new versus conventional practice
Today’s vendor stack is typically email + spreadsheets + a desktop report template + a consumer camera roll. ValueYantra replaces that with:
- Email-native intake that still creates an auditable case object
- Pincode-aware assignment with offer/accept rather than informal WhatsApp dispatch
- Evidence-backed inspection that can complete without live network
- Bank-template-mapped drafts with a manual fallback when AI is disabled
- Prepaid metering, FTR scoring, and DPDP-oriented PII classification
Scalability
The architecture is multi-tenant from day one (vendor isolation, permission groups, platform admin). Field capacity scales by adding evaluators and branches — and, in a later phase, a governed marketplace — without rewriting the case engine. Intelligence workers are swappable behind interfaces so models can change without becoming a second workflow system.
Intellectual property stance
The protectable core is the operational system: case FSM, inspection schemas, bank report packs, agent envelopes with human override, and the accumulating structured dataset. We do not claim a proprietary automated valuation model in Phase 1. Custom valuation ML is an explicit later phase, after the field-intelligence substrate exists.
