This public website

The marketing pages do not require an account. We do not put case files, Aadhaar, PAN of individuals, or other sensitive personal data on this site. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and availability. If you email us, we process the contents of that message to respond.

The ValueYantra product (portal & mobile)

The product is B2B software used by valuation vendors. Personal data in cases (applicant identity, property documents, Aadhaar/PAN where present, evaluator location during a visit) is processed on behalf of the vendor customer, for the purpose of completing a valuation assignment originated by a bank.

• Classification. Public, internal/operational, sensitive PII, and confidential business (wallet) data have distinct handling.
• Security. Authenticated sessions only for case data. Sensitive PII is designed to be encrypted at rest. Access is permissioned and audited.
• DPDP. The platform is designed toward DPDP Act 2023 / DPDP Rules alignment at launch: consent where required, data principal rights (access, correction, erasure), breach notification, and a designated grievance contact.
• Retention. De-identified structured valuation intelligence is intended for long-term retention. Raw PII retention is time-bound and still subject to legal sign-off before production (open item NFRS-OI-03).
• AI. Document extraction and draft assistance may send necessary case context to configured model providers. Humans review outputs before they become authoritative. Steps can be run fully manually.

What we do not do

• Sell personal data
• Publish valuation case files on this public website
• Allow anonymous access to case or PII data in the product
