Portal
Vendor admin, manager, QA, and platform operations. Dense enterprise UI — not a marketing shell.
Product
Phase 1 is a vendor operations platform. Workflow authority lives in the backend — the portal and mobile app never invent case transitions.
Bank email (Zoho inbound) or a manager creates the case from a phone / WhatsApp file. Attachments are stored as case documents. OCR is human-gated, never silent.
Pincode coverage, evaluator availability, and offer / accept / decline. If nobody covers the PIN, the case stays pending with an escalation — it is not auto-cancelled.
Offline-first React Native inspection: structured site-visit form, photo tiles, GPS, document view, then sync. Android 10+ and iOS 15+.
Wallet-gated report generation mapped to bank templates (for example USFB and UGRO packs). A full manual-draft path exists when AI is off.
Every draft is human-reviewed. Vendor approval and e-sign (Aadhaar eSign via Zoho Sign), then Resend delivery on the bank email thread. First-time-right scoring updates from QA outcomes.
Surfaces
Vendor admin, manager, QA, and platform operations. Dense enterprise UI — not a marketing shell.
Evaluator native loop. Managers and QA can use the app as an online shell over the portal.
Gated OCR, intake assistance, draft and QA assist. AI recommends; vendors certify. See the innovation brief.
Phase 1 boundary
A bank-facing portal, a cross-vendor evaluator marketplace, and custom valuation ML models are explicit later phases. Phase 1 must not block those paths, and it must not pretend they already exist.
Paying customer: the valuation vendor. Monetization is a prepaid wallet with a hard block when a report debit would take the balance to zero or below.
