Product access
The vendor portal and mobile app are separate, invite-only systems. Use of those systems is governed by the customer agreement with the vendor tenant and ValueYantra — not by these website terms.
Intellectual property
ValueYantra name, mark, copy, diagrams, and software are owned by the company or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy the product, reverse engineer the platform from this site, or use the mark in a way that implies partnership without written consent.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape aggressively, or use this host to store or distribute malware or others’ confidential files.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Indian law, ValueYantra is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of this public narrative. Production warranties live in customer contracts.
